Objectives
Ensure a calm and focused academic environment on campus.
Prevent physical confrontations and maintain harmony among students.
Conduct inquiries and take action on reports of indiscipline.
Implement preventive measures to reduce violence or confrontations in the future.
Responsibilities
Enforce strict discipline within the college, clinical, and community settings.
Ensure all students wear their ID cards on campus.
Prohibit cell phone usage in college premises, with confiscated phones turned over to the Principal.
Monitor student movements to prevent loitering in corridors during college hours.
Enforce attendance and prevent unauthorized early departures.
Maintain silence and order in the library and designated areas.
Oversee discipline in canteens, clinicals, and student waiting rooms.
Hold students accountable for any damage to college property, recovering costs and imposing fines if necessary.
Issue warnings and escalate disciplinary action if misconduct continues.
Support the Anti-Ragging Committee in preventing ragging and promoting a ragging-free culture.
