The Rural health centre at Marappadi serves a population of 38189.The 10 bedded hospital functions round the clock with a well-equipped operation theatre and a Labour room.There is a stay posting of 1 month for CRRIs and Post Graduates by rotation.  There is a residential quarters with mess and recreational facilities available for the same.
