Entering and Exiting Protocol
- As a teacher enters the classroom, students are required to stand and remain standing until permitted to sit or until the teacher takes their seat.
- No student may leave the classroom without the teacher’s permission until the class is formally dismissed.
Punctuality and Roll Call
- Students should assemble in the classroom five minutes before the designated class time.
- Roll call will be taken at the appointed hour, and any absences will be noted. Late arrivals may result in a loss of attendance.
Restrictions on Classroom and Facility Usage
- Students are not permitted to remain in the classroom, laboratory, hospital, or library beyond the appointed times unless explicitly authorized.
Campus Discipline
- Students must show respect to all superiors within the college, hostel, and campus areas.
- Polite and respectful language is expected in all interactions with peers, faculty, staff, and especially with senior students and women.
Attendance Requirements
- For MBBS and BDS courses, a minimum of 80% attendance, including non-lecture activities, is mandatory to be eligible for university exams.
- Students who underperform in internal assessments may be required to attend remedial classes after regular hours, for which additional fees may be applied.
House Surgeoncy Requirement
- MBBS and BDS students graduating from this institution must complete their compulsory residential rotating internship (house surgeoncy) within the institution itself.
