At Sree Mookambika Institute,safe motherhood is a right, not a privilege.
In 1991, our commitment to public health took on a broader dimension through active participation in the Family Planning Association of India (FPAI), during which our Director served as the District Chairperson.
During this period, we trained and employed numerous women from the local community, fostering both empowerment and economic independence. We also actively supported government initiatives on population control and maternal health.
This initiative not only improved public health outcomes but also marked a significant stride in women-led community development — a value we continue to uphold across all our institutions.
Bringing Life with Dignity
Free Deliveries & Government Support for Mothers
We are proud to be the only private hospital in Kanyakumari District approved under the Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy Maternity Financial Assistance Program. Through this initiative, eligible pregnant women receive ₹18,000 in government support along with free delivery services at our institute — ensuring both dignity and safety for every mother.
In addition, we are an authorized center for the Free Immunization Program, helping protect every newborn’s first steps into a healthier life.
